| APPLICATION |
|
| |
- It can be applied on Terrace, parapet walls, sloppy roof & side walls of building.
- It gives excellent results when applied in the sunk portion of the Bathrooms and Toilets.
- To make watertight canals & continuous water protection, it is recommended to apply 2-3 thick coats of of Diamond Shield, on wired plasters.
- For coating structural steel.
- Very good alternate for silk smooth (Double Mala) plaster for interior & exterior & finishes.
- Apply as an under layer for Terrace tiles work, or glazed tiles. And also as filler to tile joints.

| HOWTO USE |

| |
| ON REGULARTERRACE OR WALL |
| |
- Clean the surface thoroughly with water & remove the flacks with scrapper.
- Take part-1 (Dry part) in vessel. Add part-2 (Liq. Part) in it & mix well.
- Mix both the parts thoroughly & add a small quantity water to make homogeneous slurry for application.
- This mixture is to be utilized within 5-6 hrs time. If possible, prepare the mixture under the shadow to have more pot life.
- Curing is required by sprinkling water at every 3/6 hrs interval, for 24 hours.

| ON STRUCTURAL STEEL |
| |
- Mix part A and B thoroughly and make a homogenous paste.
- Add about 10 to 15% of potable water to make slurry brushable.
- Apply thick coat of Diamond Shield Slurry by brush on Structural Steel when they are laid in grid for R. C. C. slab/column for centering. For complex grid steel can be coated before bending also. If any cracks found after bending just re-coat such crack.
- Allow coating to dry completely for 3-6 hours.
- Pour Cement Concrete on such prepared centering Slab, Column or Beam.

| COVERAGE |

On smooth surface, it gives 4 to 6 sq. ft. in 2 coats. We recommend three coats to get best result in water tanks and Structural Steel Coatings apply 2 to 3 mm thick coat by brush.
